Restore Remove ads
Remove ads is a one-time purchase per game: buying it in Ninefold removes the ads in Ninefold. It belongs to your Apple Account or Google account, so you can get it back on a new device or after reinstalling, at no charge.
- Make sure the device is signed in to the same Apple Account (iPhone, iPad) or Google account (Android) you bought with.
- Open the game and tap the gear to open Settings.
- Under Ads and purchases, tap Restore purchases.
The game also checks with the store every time it starts, so a purchase usually comes back on its own. If it still says there was nothing to restore, write to us with the game's name and your receipt from Apple or Google.
Change your privacy choices
Your consent for ads
Where the law requires consent (for example in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland), open the game, tap the gear, and tap Privacy choices. Google's form opens and you can change your answers. If you do not see the row, the consent form does not apply where you are.
Tracking on iPhone and iPad
Open the device's Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking and switch the game off, or turn off Allow Apps to Request to Track for every app.
Your advertising ID on Android
Open the device's Settings › Privacy › Ads (on some phones Settings › Google › Ads) and choose Delete advertising ID or Reset advertising ID.
Whatever you choose, the game works the same. Refusing only means the ads you see are not personalised. More in our privacy policy.
Reset your progress
Your games, statistics and streaks live only on your device; there is no account or cloud copy, so a reset cannot be undone.
- iPhone and iPad: delete the app (touch and hold its icon, then Remove App › Delete App) and install it again from the App Store.
- Android: open Settings › Apps, choose the game, then Storage & cache › Clear storage. Or uninstall and reinstall it.
- In a web browser: clear the site data for the page the game runs on.
This also clears your privacy answers, which the game asks for again. If you bought Remove ads, restore it afterwards.
Want a fresh start on one puzzle only? Every game has a restart or new-game button in its menu.
Refunds and billing
Apple and Google take the payment, so refunds go through them: on iPhone and iPad at reportaproblem.apple.com, on Android in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions › Budget & history, or at play.google.com. If a refund is granted, the ads come back in that game.
About the ads
- Ads appear only between puzzles, never while you play, and not in your first session.
- Short videos are always your choice: they play only when you tap Watch a video for extra help, and Not now leaves everything as it was.
- Saw an ad that should not be there? Write to us with the game, the time and what the ad showed, and we can block it.
